Hi, I’m Chef Shamieka Ellis, owner and Executive Chef of Too Pretty To Eat, an MWBE-certified catering and private chef company in Rochester, New York.

Cooking isn’t just what I do—it’s how I love on people. I believe every meal should create an experience, a memory, and a reason for people to gather around the table.

From intimate private chef dinners to weddings, corporate events, celebrations of life, and milestone celebrations, my goal is always the same: exceptional food, intentional service, and unforgettable moments.

Beyond being a chef, I’m also a legally ordained minister, allowing me to officiate one of life’s most meaningful moments—weddings.

Every opportunity, every challenge, and every guest has helped shape the woman and business owner I am today. I’m grateful for the journey, and I’m just getting started.
